During holidays and peak periods, delivery times may vary, so always follow the information provided during checkout. During “hot” periods (holidays, order peaks), the availability of specific slots may be limited - in that case, we work flexibly. If you need the flowers to be handed over personally or left with reception/security, please add that in the order notes.
To make the delivery smooth and avoid “constant phone calls,” it helps to provide: staircase/entrance number, floor, intercom code, company name (if it is an office building), and the recipient’s phone number. If the building has security/reception, please note in the comment whether we may hand the flowers over to staff - we will follow your instructions.
If you are planning a larger order (for example for an office, event, or multiple addresses), pricing and delivery terms can be arranged individually.
