At Naked Flowers, we keep the flowers’ journey as short as possible. We do not keep ready-made bouquets “in stock” - we collect them from suppliers only when you place your order. That is why flower delivery in Warsaw with Naked Flowers means freshness, better condition, and a fair price.

How do we pack?
Bouquets: classic eco-friendly wrapping paper that protects the bouquet during transport and from the cold, whilst also allowing you to give it as a gift straight away.
Flowers in a Naked box (larger quantities): our standard - we send them in our custom Naked boxes that protect them from cold, impact, and crushing during transport across Warsaw.
* Note: We focus on quality, not speed. That is why we do not offer same-day delivery - delivery can start the following day. (you will confirm the date during checkout).
Where and when do we deliver flowers?
We deliver joy all day long. Our couriers make deliveries between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

We deliver your flowers safely.
Our couriers deliver bouquets using our own air-conditioned vehicles. We handle every shipment with great care - so that the flowers arrive fresh, intact, and in perfect condition at the moment of delivery.
Safe Flower Delivery Rules

1. Hand delivery:
Flowers are emotions, which is why we normally try to hand them directly to the recipient at the specified address in Warsaw. This is the safest way to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. -
2. What if no one is home?
The courier will attempt to contact the recipient by phone. If delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will return to us, where they will remain in safe conditions until the next step is agreed. -
3. Second chance (Return collection):
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, within 24 hours you may collect the order from us in person or arrange re-delivery to the same or a different address (additional fee applies). -
4. Alternative delivery (on request):
Would you prefer the courier to leave the flowers at the door or with a neighbor/reception desk? We will do so only at your explicit request - please include this in the order comment (e.g. “leave with neighbor” / “leave at reception”).
